Fellowship Square provides housing for low-income seniors (aged 62 and older) who can live independently and mobility-impaired persons under age 62. Fellowship Square meets the physical, social and emotional needs of more than 800 residents.

DBVI provides services and resources which empower individuals who are blind, vision impaired or deafblind to achieve their desired levels of employment, education, and personal independence. Mental Health Skill-building Services (formerly titled Mental Health Support Services) are provided for individuals 18 years and older who suffer from serious mental illness or mental illness with intellectual disabilities or substance abuse. Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services provides assistance to individuals recovering from mental illness through case management, supported living, intensive community treatment, and a "clubhouse" program. For routine Intakes, individuals are encouraged to call the main telephone number and request an Intake and Assessment.

Provides a Retirement Community for Independent Living and Assisted living for seniors age 55+.

The program serves children between the ages of 10 and 18. The program implements individual and group counseling services to teach adolescents life skills. Provides employment coaching as well as coordination of therapeutic services. The program is participant focused but works to involve the parents in treatment planning. The frequency and intensity of the contacts with the Youth Counselor are determined according to the individual needs of the participants. Youth typically are in the program and monitored between 2 and 6 months. Community Attention works in conjunction with the 16th District Court Services Unit to provide Electronic Monitoring, Assessment, and Diversion services to Charlottesville and Albemarle County.
