Once an eviction notice/utility shut-off notice has been served, we will work directly with the leasing office/utility company to pledge the last $100 after other payments and pledges are made. We will also assist with the last $100 towards security deposits for people moving into our coverage area. Assistance is provided once every 12 months for those who qualify. Funds are on a first come, first serve basis.

Units designated as affordable set-asides have long-term affordability requirements, are discounted by the developer to levels affordable to low- and moderate-income renters, and rents and income limits are monitored by the City. The units are rented directly from each participating property and interested persons should contact these properties directly to determine availability (exception noted).
