Additional Repairs We CANNOT Assist with: Strictly cosmetic issues, such as interior paint not tied to an approved repair, or replacing kitchen cabinets. Repairs to decks, not a part of main entrance to home. Landscaping to include fences, and driveways. Major fire or water damage to home. Mold, asbestos, and lead mitigation.

Habitat for Humanity partners with low-income homeowners who live in Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park to make exterior and interior home repairs that alleviate critical health, life and safety issues or housing code violations. From minor exterior repairs to critical home repairs, accessibility modifications, and weatherization.

This program provides low-interest loans for homebuyers, down payment and closing costs assistance, home repair loans and a Homeownership Education Program. Staff also provides housing counseling which includes budget and credit counseling, mortgage default and foreclosure counseling, Fair Housing counseling, and financial management.

Heating repair or heating system replacement j. Structural repair for flooring k. Repair/replacement of unsafe electrical services l.
