Serves the following states Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont . The Individual Household Well Loan Program can be up to $15,000. Interest rate at 1% and term can be up to 10 years.
