The average length of stay in the shelter is 45 days. Case Managers help families address issues such as debt reduction, job skills, budgeting, substance abuse, parenting issues, and more.

CARITAS provides 24/7 shelter, meals, and access to showers for laundry. Clients are able to work with Case management staff towards a specified a Housing Stabilization plan. Also, Link House offers Oasis @ Link House Residential observation and assessment program for court-ordered adolescent females ages 12 to 17. This 30-45 day program provides comprehensive assessment of the youth to determine treatment needs, which assists the courts with placement decisions. Services include Individual, Group & Family Counseling; Daily Life Skills Groups; Therapeutic Recreational Activities; Case Management; and Family Involvement.
