Optimal Environmental Quality; Progressive and Service are designed primarily to preserve, protect,and improve our soil,water, air and other natural resources through conservation management and wise use of these resources. We deal primarily with farm owners to develop livestock watering sources, conservation plane for cropland, and technical advise for conservation related issues. Additionally we provide the technical assistance for two cost-share programs.

Work with veterinarians to help animal owners raise healthy livestock/companion animals. Work through veterinarians that submit animals for necropsy and/or specimens to determine the cause of death or type of infection an animal has. Provide testing needed to transport animals. Protect consumers by testing raw milk.
