Clients can choose 100% of items they take home, allowing them to select items that meet their preferences and dietary restrictions. THRIVE To Go includes temperature controlled food lockers which allow for flexible pickup times. Both services can be self-booked on the website.

Meals are dietician supervised and meet 100% of U.S. recommended daily allowances (RDA). Also provides individual nutrition counseling, workshops, cooking classes, and publications.
