Anyone in Pulaski County qualifies to become a patient and to receive free medications and free healthcare visits with a doctor or a nurse practitioner if:
- Must be between the age of 16 and 64 years
- Have no insurance and
- Total annual household income is at or less than 300% of the federal poverty level.
