Provides the executive office responsible for the management of city government. Duties and responsibilities include administration of council resolutions, enforcement of ordinances, appointment and removal of all department heads and hiring subordinate officers and employees of the city, supervision and control of all departments, preparation and presentation of the budget and other recommendations to the City Council.
