The Rapid Access process includes the following: A financial assessment to obtain your insurance information and determine cost of services. DPCS offers a sliding scale fee based on the individual’s household income. Meeting with a clinician to assess your needs and discuss recommendations for follow-up services. Referral to other resources in the community that may be helpful to your recovery.

Rapid Access provides a comprehensive assessment to individuals seeking Behavioral Health services. Individuals are seen on a first come, first serve basis during Rapid Access hours and serves children, adolescents, and adults. Following an assessment, individuals may be referred to recommended community resources or scheduled for an appointment with a case manager or clinician depending on the individual’s specific needs.
