Flagler Housing & Homeless Services at St. Joseph's Villa provides a rapid re-housing program to help households secure safe and affordable rental housing as quickly as possibly, and presents resources for maintaining long-term housing stability. Services are customized to meet the unique needs of the household, and include: - Case management - Budgeting assistance - Short-term financial assistance - Tenant responsibility education - Community resource connections

We serve over 50 localities across Central Virginia with integrated services in mental and behavioral health, specialized education, developmental disabilities, and homelessness. Our goal is to provide the individuals we serve tools for long-term independence, stability and success. Operating since 1834, we are one of the longest serving nonprofits for children in the United States. St. Joseph's Villa is set on a therapeutic 82-acre campus in Henrico County and also offers community-based programming.
