Provides an emergency fund in each county that is supported entirely from donations. Financial assistance with utility bills is given to those who are income eligible. Mountain Community Action Program
Outreach services include information and referral, adult employment and education for employment assistance, and limited direct emergency services. Other Agency Programs include Free Income Tax Preparation, Project Discovery, Weatherization and limited Home Repair.
