Comprises a variety of local mentoring programs with the shared mission of ensuring that quality mentors and mentoring programs are available for Alexandria's youth and young adults in need. With guidance and resources from the MENTOR National, AMP works to maximize mentor recruitment, screening, and training to ensure best practice programs.
Alexandria Mentoring Partnership
The AMP acts as an umbrella organization for mentoring programs throughout the City and as a clearinghouse for mentor referrals. Additionally, the AMP provides partner programs with opportunities to collaborate and share best practices on mentor recruitment, training, and support through networking and advocacy.
