Every Woman's Life: Offer screening services for breast and cervical cancer for eligible women 50 to 64 years of age. This is part of the Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program. To be eligible women must: Have incomes at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, be uninsured, or underinsured, be a legal resident with Virginia as her primary residence.
