Commonwealth Community Trust (CCT) is a nationwide non-profit organization that administers Pooled Trusts for individuals who are vulnerable, minors, or have a disability. Our professional staff members are client-centered and knowledgeable about trust administration and the rules governing Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid for clients who receive these means-tested government benefits. CCT offers a First-Party Pooled Special Needs Trust, a Third-Party Pooled Special Needs Trust, a Settlement Preservation Pooled Trust (SPPT), and accepts Military Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) designations.
