Fredericksburg City Department of Social Services and the City have a plan to open a Shelter and/Warming Centers if prolonged power outages occur. A notification will be sent via FredAlert and shared on the City's website and social media. Micah Ecumenical Ministries will have a unisex, 24hr cold weather shelter at the Fredericksburg Baptist Church, entrance at 1016 Caroline St, January 24 at 5:30pm
