Helps adults with limited educational opportunities to reach their individual goals and potential as workers, citizens and family members by providing quality adult education services throughout the region. Provides Adult Basic Education (ABE), English as a Second Language (ESL), GED preparation, Family and Workplace Literacy and Job Readiness classes. Serves the counties of Clarke, Frederick, Shenandoah, Warren and the City of Winchester.
