Provides psychosocial rehabilitation day services for adults who experience the effects of mental illness, substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders. The emphasis of the program is on the development of skills and abilities to support community integration. Town House offers recovery - oriented groups and activities in a supportive, structured setting.
Crossroads Community Services Board
The focus of Crossroads Community Services Board is to prevent and treat the occurrence of mental illness, intellectual disabilities, substance use and co-occurring disorders and to enhance the functioning of individuals and families who experience these conditions.
