Description

Provides a chief prosecuting officer for the Pulaski County who is responsible for initiating charges and prosecuting people, including juveniles, who have been accused of felony and misdemeanor offenses; and looking into allegations of major fraud, organized criminal activity and corruption and unlawful conduct by public officials. Commonwealth's attorneys also do not provide legal counsel to individual citizens on private matters.
