Provide goal directed training to enable individuals to achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment. Each individual will be assessed and have a personalized service plan to best serve their individual needs.

Mainstream Mental Health Services
Mental Health Agency providing mental health skill-building services for adults, outpatient counseling services for adults and children (ages 5+), Crisis Services (ages 5+ and adults), and Substance Abuse Services, including IOP, PHP, and SA Case Management. Provides goal directed training and person centered supports to enable individuals to achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment.
