The Richmond Department of Social Services will provide walk-up cooling centers at Marshall Plaza at 900 E. Marshall Street, and Southside Plaza at 4100 Hull Street Road, open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. All Richmond Public Library branches will serve as additional cooling spaces during their regular business hours.
