project:HOMES developes senior apartment communities and builds affordable homes. Help low-income and the elderly remain in their homes to comfortably age in place. Senior apartments include the William Byrd on Broad Street, Omni Park Place in Ashland and Parham Park Place I & II in Henrico.

project:HOMES improves the lives and living conditions of people in need in by making critical home repairs and accessibility improvements, providing energy conservation and weatherization services, and building affordable homes. We also develop senior apartment communities. Will help low-income and elderly remain in their homes and comfortably age in place; improve accessibility and safety in the homes of the disabled; and help revitalize communities by building attractive, energy efficient, affordable homes.
