Eligibility

Accepts Patients of All Ages who are Uninsured or Insured. *Uninsured patients must be from Wythe or Bland Counties. Please visit https://www.vafreeclinics.org/clinics-in-virginia for other hybrid/free clinics in Virginia and which areas they serve. UNINSURED: If your adjusted gross income is between 139% and 300% of the poverty level AND you do not have health insurance, we can see you as an uninsured patient (Click here for the current income guidelines chart to see if you/your family qualify) If your adjusted gross income is under 138%, you may be eligible for Medicaid. If you would like assistance with completing the Medicaid application, please call 276-223-0558 and ask for Teresa. INSURED: Medicaid, Medicare, and some commercial insurances accepted
