Houses the Afro-Lee Collection, named after Virginia Lee, a former librarian of the Gainsboro Branch, of rare books and ready-reference resources on African-American history and culture. Implements year-round programming for children/youth, families and adults. Personal computers with educational and word processing software and Internet access are available. Website offers online continuing education classes.
