The Winchester House
The Winchester House is owned and operated by The Shenandoah Fellowship Foundation and is a Project-Based HUD subsidized housing for the elderly (age 62+) and disabled (age 55+). It is a smoke-free and pet-free community in downtown Winchester Virginia. ALL Vacancies are filled from the waiting list and a completed application packet is required to be placed on the waiting list. Applications are available at our building for no-contact 24-hour a day pickup. To the LEFT of our front door is a box with the application packets. Completed packets may be returned to the locking black metal box to the RIGHT of our front doors.
