Substance Use Treatment - Williamsburg, Substance Use Disorder Services for Pregnant and Parenting Women, Colonial Behavioral Health
Provides treatment services for pregnant and parenting women including: Outpatient SUD group counseling for women with substance use disorders, Counseling for relationships, sexual and physical abuse and parenting issues, Admission into the Intensive Outpatient Program, Referral to inpatient treatment through South-Eastern Family Project, Case management services to assist in establishing eligibility for public assistance programs, link to medical and other community services, help in arranging transportation for services, arrange for primary and prenatal medical care, monitor services needed, etc. The program also helps connect the child(ren) of the individual being served to appropriate services such as: Developmental assessments and treatment services, Services that address the child's experience of abuse, neglect or trauma, Case Management services link to pediatric care and immunizations, access funding for housing and other basic needs, as well as to help families meet additional needs of the child in their home and community.
