Description

Coordinates transition services between Department of Rehabilitative Services Counselors and local education administration personnel; provides updated information on the newest trends in transition services; provides inter-agency training to Agency staff and school personnel; co-sponsor of Virginia Transition Forum in partnership with the Department of Education; provide technical assistance to Agency Counselors and school personnel as it pertains to providing services to school aged consumers and college students with disabilities who are working with the Department of Rehabilitative Services.
