Action Planning for Prevention & Recovery (APPR) Courses US DHHS SAMHSA APPR Facilitator workshops are peer-to-peer career path development programs that provide individuals with a self-management and crisis management toolbox vital to entering the civilian workforce. All workshops focus on shared-experience led by Peer Facilitators with Level I & II US DHHS SAMHSA curriculum.
