Application process

All screening and treatment requests must come from the command via the following link: usn.hampton-roads.nmrtc-portsmouth-va.list.nmcp-sarpadmissions@health.mil. Referrals are required through your PCM, Command DAPA or service equivalent. Call for screening information

Service area

Provides substance abuse programs such as screenings, assessments, IMPACT(DUI courses), and continuing care for those individuals who previously have come from substance abuse programs.
