Eligibility

Ages 18 and over. 30 day sobriety/clean time. Have had substance abuse treatment, willingness to cooperate.

Hours

8am to 4pm from Monday through Friday

Application process

Professional or agency referral. Discharge summary, progress notes, physical and medical reports required.
