Application process
During your first visit to FISH, you will need to register by providing the receptionist with the following information for each member of your household: Name Date of Birth Last four digits of Social Security Number Military service (yes/no) No referral is needed.

Description
Provides food to prepare at least 6 days of meals for each person in a referred household. FISH has worked with nutrition experts to provide as healthy a diet as possible within the limitations of storage. Most food products are non-perishable, but FISH also provides sandwich bread, eggs and sliced cheese. Also provides a limited number of non-food products, such as Bag of toiletries including toilet paper, bars of soap, dish soap as well as laundry detergent.
