The Financial Opportunity Center® Program (FOC) exists to coach and educate families and individuals in our community to take charge of their finances through virtual classes in four interconnected areas—finance, employment, benefits, and digital literacy. Our career and financial coaching service center helps low- to moderate-income people build smart money habits and focus on the financial bottom line.
