Madison Emergency Services Association

Provides emergency aid to those in Madison County in temporary crisis due to inability to pay rent, electric, gas, water or telephone bills and the elderly unable to pay for medicine or medical bills. Will also help with some transportation expenses or other emergencies as determined on a case by case basis.
