Vital Records provide copies of certificates for deaths occurring in the past 5 years in Arlington. Can provide forms for obtaining certificates of birth or death which occurred locally or in Virginia. Birth records, marriage and divorce certificates may be obtained by sending an Application For Certification of a Vital Record to the State Division of Vital Records, P.O.
