The Span Center, formerly as Senior Connections, Long Term Care Ombudsman Program provides advocacy and assistance to residents residing in nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and receiving in-home health service. Serve the City of Richmond and the Counties of Charles City, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent and Powhatan.
