Eligible students will be in 1st - 9th grades in the coming Fall semester in Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, or Norfolk Public Schools. To apply, students must be eligible for and enrolled in the Free/Reduced School Food Program at school. Families with current Kindergarten students (1st graders in the coming Fall) who want to apply MUST get enrolled in the Reduced/Free School Food Program BEFORE applying to Horizons Hampton Roads.

Annual application required-accepted between December until about February. Sudents from previous years must re-apply but have priority. Call or go to website for more information.

Summer enrichment program for students in families with limited incomes who attend public elementary or middle schools in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Portsmouth. Activities include swimming, music, academics, athletics, art, and field trips
