Description
Eight group homes work with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities to promote independent living and meet functional behavior goals in home and community settings. Person centered plans are designed to address identified issues in skill-building areas. Some examples include social behaviors, independent living skills, hygiene, medication management, household skills, peer support, and others.
