Eligibility
Must own the home and meet income guidelines of the Department of Energy (130% of poverty) which are based on family income for the past twelve months and the number in the household. Senior citizens receive first priority.

8am to 4:30pm from Monday through Friday

Clinch Valley Community Action, Inc.
A private non-profit corporation established in 1965. The primary service area is Tazewell County with limited services provided in Bland County, Buchanan County, Russell County, Smyth County and Wythe County. Locally managed and governed by a Board of Directors for the purpose of eliminating poverty and promoting self-sufficiency. One third of the Board of Directors are local elected officials or their designees, one third are representatives of local businesses or civic organizations, and one third are representatives of low-income communities.
