Provides income-based and subsidized housing for Rockbridge County. Owns and operates Maury River Place Apartments and the Village at Rockbridge Apartments. Maury River Place Apartments offers Section 8 for families with children. The Village at Rockbridge Apartments offer income-based housing for individuals and families through the Rural Rental Housing Development Authority. All apartments have appliances, air conditioning and wall to wall carpeting.
