Applications can be found online at www.helpdental.org or picked up in person at the HELP Dental Clinic during business hours.
Fees
Patients are asked for a $25 donation per appointment; Dentures, Crowns, Nightguards offered on a separate sliding fee scale based on household income

HELP Dental Clinic provides comprehensive dental care for low-income uninsured adults with household incomes at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. Veterans who are ineligible for dental through the VA and Medicare recipients who lack a dental benefit may also qualify for care.
