Public Counsel - Tazewell, Tazewell County Commonwealths Attorney

Represents the Commonwealth in criminal matters. Does not represent private citizens. Primarily responsible for matters involving enforcement of the criminal law within the county. The commonwealth's attorney salary is paid by the county and reimbursed by the state.
