Structured, therapeutic support group for those who are in or who have been in an abusive relationship.
Domestic and Interpersonal Violence Support Group
Tuesdays: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
This group is free and open to individuals who have experienced domestic and interpersonal violence. The group is designed to provide support and facilitate the process of healing through member-driven discussion. Members are encouraged to share their experiences with one another, which helps them to know that they are not alone in what they are experiencing or feeling.
Survivors of Sexual Assault Support Group
Thursdays 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
This is a support group for sexual assault survivors who want to share their experiences and feelings with others who have also been through such trauma. Members are encouraged to share their experiences with one another while learning skills to elevate self-esteem, change negative patterns, increase mindfulness, and learn new coping strategies for trauma-related symptoms. This group is free to the public and new members can join at any time.
