In addition, the circuit court hears cases appealed from the general district court and from the juvenile and domestic relations district court. Terms begin, 1st Monday, Feb., Apr., June, Aug., Oct., & Dec. Grand Juries, 1st day of Term. Grand Juries will meet at 9:00 a.m. Criminal docket will be held at 9:00 a.m. Civil docket will be held at 11:00 a.m. Commissioners in Chancery are utilized. Instructions must be submitted 2 days prior to trial.
