-Referrals must come through The Planning Council, Housing Crisis Hotline, or other approved community providers.

Once referred and dependent on availability, H.O.P.E. Village staff will contact interested parties to complete an intake interview. If selected for entry, the single or family will receive further instructions and a move in date.
