Self-Sufficiency Programs - Martinsville, Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin By World, United Way of Henry County and Martinsville

A 17 session informational workshop series that provides people motivated for change with the tools and support necessary to 'get ahead' in today's world. Participants will work in a group learning environment. The participant will learn how these 11 resources affect their life, the lives of their family, and the community they live in. They will learn that money is only 1 of the 11 resources used to define success. By examining the resources they have versus the resources they need, Participants will be able to create a personal plan, based on goals, to build a future story they choose.
