Helps with family disputes (i.e. domestic violence, divorce); debts and bankruptcy; housing, foreclosures and landlord-tenant disputes; eligibility for various government benefits (such a food stamps, TANF and SSI benefits); access to health care (for example, issues involving Medicaid and Medicare); Power of Attorney forms and wills; consumer disputes, payday lending and other predatory lending issues, and issues affecting seniors (such as exploitation and problems with nursing homes).
