Childcare Financial Assistance is employment retention assistance for the working parents served by STOP. The goal of this initiative is to help relieve the financial burden endured by low and moderate income working parents due to childcare costs. Funded to Serve the Cities of Chesapeake, Franklin, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach and the Counties of Isle of Wight and Southampton
