Description

Provides flexible gap financing for first time homebuyers at or below 80% of the area median income to purchase a home that is safe, decent and accessible. Clients select home of their choice and the program helps the client get into the home with financial assistance. The agency may have a home that it has rehabilitated for sale from time to time and clients may consider that home for purchase, as well.
