For those facing financial hardship from unemployment, a family crisis, or a chronic medical condition, Energy Share is Dominion's energy assistance program of last resort. There is no income guideline requirements, however, you must have a disconnect notice. Energy Share intake agencies determine eligibility for Energy Share and may have additional requirements when qualifying customers for this program.
