Providing organization

Plenty! Farm and Food Bank

Plenty!'s mission is rooted in the tradition of neighbors helping neighbors. Plenty! works to lessen food insecurity and isolation through its Food Pantry, Portable Produce, Organic Farm and Gardens, and Community Lunch programs. Plenty! programs are open to all Floyd County residents. We do not require any financial information for people to receive food. There are no income limits or property ownership requirements. The Plenty! Food Pantry offers fresh produce, dairy, meat, bread and canned goods. To receive food from our Food Pantry, simply show up during the hours that our Pantry is open (Mon 1-4, Tues 10-1 and Thurs 4-6:30). If you do not have transportation, you may designate someone to pick up a To-Go Box for you. Alternatively, during the June-November growing season, those without transportation can sign up for Portable Produce deliveries that include fresh vegetables, bread and eggs. Community Lunches, held weekly June to Aug and monthly the rest of the year, are open to the entire community and provide a friendly place for people to come share a fresh, homemade meal.
